Inspired by the nests of the Oriole Pendulum bird in the tropics of the Americas, which are guarded by the protective vines and branches of the forest canopy. This sensuous statue is a gorgeous deep red mahogany color and sits freely on a simple, rough-hewn, solid two-legged stand approximately five inches thick.
